ZTE started teasing a smartphone with a sub-screen camera of the new generation Axon 30

ZTE has posted a poster on the Weibo social network hinting at the imminent announcement of the Axon 30 smartphone.

As previously assumed, the novelty will be able to boast a second-generation sub-screen front camera. The technology was demonstrated in January at the Mobile World Congress in Shanghai. ZTE claims that it has been improved, so the new camera should shoot better than the one installed in the ZTE Axon 20 5G (cover image). The manufacturer has not yet revealed the exact date of the announcement, but insiders say that the presentation will take place on July 22.

The specs of the ZTE Axon 30 are not yet available, but they will most likely be simpler than those of the Axon 30 Pro and Axon 30 Ultra. Recall that the devices come with AMOLED displays at 120-144 Hz, Snapdragon 888 chips and 4200/4600 mAh batteries, which support fast charging at 55 and 66 W, respectively.
