Earlier this year, Xiaomi followed Apple’s lead and removed the charger from the Mi 11 flagships. More precisely, in China they offered two versions to choose from – with and without charging, but smartphones entered the global market with a power supply. The company did not experiment with Mi Mix 4.
It looks like the experience with the Mi 11 was a bad one, which is why the recently unveiled Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 comes with a charger in the box. This is confirmed by a video posted by the company unboxing the new model.
So, the smartphone comes in a decent-sized black box, inside which you will find the gadget itself, an adapter and a cable.
Recall that Mi Mix 4 became the first device in the world to receive the top-end Snapdragon 888+ processor. It also boasts a sub-screen front camera and 120W fast charging support. Unfortunately, it is likely to remain exclusive to the Chinese market.
