Xiaomi introduced the inexpensive Mi Notebook 14 series in June this year, and today announced a new base model for the line.
The novelty received the E-learning Edition prefix and is positioned as a laptop for study. It was equipped with a 14-inch LCD display. The screen has FHD (1920 × 1080p) resolution, 16: 9 aspect ratio, 178-degree viewing angle, and anti-reflective coating. A 720p webcam is installed above the display. By the way, it is not in the more expensive Mi Notebook 14 models.
The novelty is powered by a 10th generation Intel Core i3-10110U dual-core processor with a maximum clock frequency of 2.1 GHz, Turbo Boost up to 4.1 GHz and Intel UHD Graphics 620. The chip is paired with 8 GB of RAM and a SATA 3 SSD-drive on 256 GB. The laptop comes with a full-size keyboard and 2W stereo speakers with DTS technology. Of the ports in the Mi Notebook 14 E-learning Edition, there are two USB Type-A (USB 3.1 Gen 1), one USB Type-A (USB 2.0), one HDMI, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a power jack. The laptop supports dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0.
The device is powered by a 46 Wh battery. It, according to the manufacturer, will last up to 10 hours of work. Supplied laptop with Windows 10 Home operating system.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 E-learning Edition has already started selling in India with a promotional price tag of $471. Then it will be increased to $498.
