Xiaomi continues to prepare for tomorrow’s big event – the presentation of new smartphones and other gadgets. We already knew before that Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite would debut on this day, and now the company has officially confirmed it.
One of the advertising posters indicates the date March 29 and the name of the gadget – Mi 11 Youth Edition. So the smartphone will be called in China, and in the international market, it will be Mi 11 Lite 5G.
Also, the use of the Snapdragon 780G processor has been confirmed. This is a chip that replaced the Snapdragon 765G, which was introduced just a few years ago. Like the flagship SoC Snapdragon 888, it is built-in Samsung factories using 5nm technology. Thus, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G will be the first smartphone with this processor.
The company also emphasizes that this is one of the lightest and thinnest 5G devices with a thickness of only 6.81 mm.
Recall, according to leaks, the novelty will also receive a 6.55-inch screen with AMOLED matrix, FHD + resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, hole, and built-in fingerprint scanner. The front camera will receive a resolution of 20 MP. The main one, in turn, will be triple at 64 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP. They also promise a 4250 mAh battery with 33-watt charging, a slot for a microSD memory card, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and Android 11 OS with MIUI 12. There will also be a 4G version, but with a Snapdragon 732G processor.
