Many manufacturers have already released their foldable smartphones, and even several models each. Xiaomi is also going to join their ranks.
Recently it became known that the first foldable gadget from Xiaomi has the model number M2011J18C. And now this model has passed the certification of the Chinese regulator TENAA.
Unfortunately, the TENAA database does not have any images or specifications for the M2011J18C, but it does indicate support for fifth generation networks. But certification is a good hint that the launch of a foldable smartphone is just around the corner.
The device is expected to receive a top-end Snapdragon 888 processor, a 120Hz display and a 108MP camera. The device is supposed to be powered by a modified version of MIUI 12 designed for a foldable form factor.
Recall, according to insider information, Xiaomi will present three smartphones with flexible displays this year.
