The company pointed to problems faced by meat suppliers in North America.
American fast-food chain Wendy’s is excluding burgers from the menu in some establishments due to a shortage of meat in the United States caused by a coronavirus.
“As you’ve probably already heard, beef suppliers across North America are facing production problems,” the company said in a statement sent to Fox Business News.
“Because of this, in the current situation, some restaurants may occasionally show a lack of certain menu items,” the statement said.
