Vice President of Venezuela called an obstacle to dialogue with the United States

Dialogue between Caracas and Washington is hampered by the belligerent attitude of the United States and the reluctance of Americans to negotiate, said Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez.

“We see the position of absolute political and ideological rejection of Venezuela and the Bolivarian model of socialism and an indication from above – not to conduct any dialogue,” – quotes Rodriguez channel RT.

According to the politician, at the level of the US administration, it was decided not to negotiate with the Venezuelan side. “For our part, we say “Yes” to dialogue and stand for peaceful development of events,” Rodriguez said.
