US Energy Secretary intends to resign

US Energy Secretary Rick Perry intends to leave the White House. This was reported by Bloomberg on Wednesday evening.

R. Perry seriously considers his resignation for several weeks, but his resignation is not inevitable yet.

As Energy Minister in the administration of President Donald Trump, R. Perry played a leading role in the government’s policy to stimulate energy production.

As reported, R. Perry is preparing to refer cases to the Deputy Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette.

Previously, R. Perry, a former US air force officer, served as the 47th Governor of Texas.
