UAE is the first of the Arab countries to launch a device to Mars

Launch of the launch vehicle with the UAE probe Al Amal (“Hope”) the first of the Arab countries launched a space probe to Mars. It is reported on the official mission page on Twitter.

Using the device in the UAE, they are going to study the formation of weather on Mars during the year.

The launch took place from the Japanese spaceport on Tanegashima Island, Japan, on Monday, July 20, at 01:58 a.m. UAE time.

Al-Amal was originally supposed to be sent to Mars on July 15, but the launch was postponed due to unfavorable weather. The UAE is dubbed the launch of the first Arab mission to Mars. Designed by Arab scientists and engineers, the probe is expected to reach the planet by 2021, when the UAE will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its founding.

Emirate authorities call this the first Arab mission to Mars.
