Tyson Fury talks about mental health issues

WBC heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has revealed that he has struggled with mental health issues all his life.

He said that because of this, he even had to withdraw from fights.

“Mental health has become a real problem. Never expect that a person who experiences something like this will definitely come out to fight. I’ve pulled out of a fight before because of this… Moreover, I even know fighters who did the same. This is a real disease. Just because you cannot see it physically doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. A quiet killer, who is now much more dangerous against the background of the pandemic,” the Independent quotes the Briton.

Note that in the next fight, Fury will face his compatriot Anthony Joshua.
