Two Koln footballers have been diagnosed with coronavirus

Two new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Koln, the press service of the German club reports.

Two players from the Cologne main team tested positive for coronavirus. Players have been quarantined. As a precaution, the German club suspended training for all teams from U16 to U19, as one of the academy’s footballers came into contact with an infected player.

Cologne scored 36 points in 34 games and finished 14th in the 2019/2020 German Bundesliga standings.
