Turkish Foreign Minister and US Secretary of State discussed the ceasefire in Palestine

Mevlut Cavusoglu and Antony Blinken discussed humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and Syria.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held telephone talks on Friday, a Turkish foreign ministry source told Free News. “Today, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu held a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. During the talks, in addition to bilateral relations, the meeting of the UN General Assembly on Palestine, the announcement of a ceasefire in Gaza, and subsequent events were discussed. The sides discussed humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and Syria, as well as developments in the Eastern Mediterranean,” the source said.
