Trump’s lawyer promised to show evidence of Ukraine’s interference in the US presidential election

The US President’s lawyer Rudolph Giuliani said that he has direct evidence that in 2016 Ukraine tried to influence the US presidential election. He wrote about it on his Twitter.

“A lesson for honest men. Never press charges based on hearsay. I here so didn’t arrive when Ukraine accused of illegal influence on elections of 2016. I had direct witnesses, videos and compromising documents to prove it. Watch and wait!” he wrote.

Recall that this spring in the United States was published a report by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller. It said that collusion between the team of Donald Trump and Russia was not detected, but, according to the special Prosecutor, Russia still interfered in the election. The US Senate Intelligence Committee reached similar conclusions. The Committee claims that Moscow interfered in the American elections of 2014-2017, but could not influence their results.
