Trump’s ex-lawyer Cohen filed a lawsuit to the company of the President of the United States

The plaintiff accuses Trump Organization of non-payment of funds due to him.

The former lawyer of the President of the United States Michael Cohen filed a lawsuit in the court on belonging to the American leader company Trump Organization. This was reported on Thursday by FREE NEWS.

As he notes, the lawsuit is filed in New York. Cohen accuses the company of not paying the money owed to him, in particular not covering the costs incurred in its interests. Previously, Cohen was Executive Vice President of Trump Organization, as well as a Trump’s lawyer.

The US President Donald Trump before the inauguration said that he left all his posts in the Trump Organization to transfer it under the control of his sons. However, he remained the owner of the company. Instead of selling his assets, Trump transferred them to a trust Fund headed by his children. He also decided to consolidate all his companies under the auspices of the parent group, to conduct General accounting and reporting.
