Trump will reject the package of support for the economy without reducing the payroll tax

US President Donald Trump has said that he may reject another stimulus package for the US economy if it does not provide for a reduction in the payroll tax.

“I want to see him. I am prepared to consider not signing it if there is no payroll tax cut,” he said Sunday in an interview with Fox News.

The bill for the fourth support package is expected to be presented in the coming week. Earlier, Congress passed laws to support the economy by a total of $ 2.9 trillion. The US is facing a record decline in GDP and rising unemployment amid the coronavirus epidemic.
