Trump told Putin about the need for a peaceful transfer of power in Venezuela

The US President Donald Trump during a conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin said about the need for the transfer of power in Venezuela. This was at the briefing said the Press Secretary of the White House, Sarah Sanders.

“President Trump stressed that Venezuela needs a peaceful transfer of power.”

Putin during the exchange of views on Venezuela noted that the future of the country has the right to determine only its citizens. Interference in the situation from the outside and attempts to change the power by force, he said, undermine the prospects for a political settlement of the crisis.
