Trump threatens to close the section of US border with Mexico, to which moves a caravan of migrants

At the same time, according to the head of the White House, the number of caravans has recently decreased.

Mexico must detain the participants of the next caravan of migrants, which is approaching the United States. Otherwise, Washington will be forced to close the section of US border with a neighboring country. The head of the White House Donald Trump stated on Wednesday.

“A very large caravan of more than 20,000 people has appeared and is moving through Mexico,” the American leader wrote on his Twitter page. According to him, the number of caravans has decreased recently, but it “still approaches” to the territory of the United States. “Mexico must detain the remaining in the caravan of migrants, otherwise, we will be forced to close this section of the border and call the military,” Trump said.

US President has previously threatened to close the border with Mexico if Mexico does not stop the flow of illegal migration. The head of the Latin American state Andres Manuel López Obrador at the same time said that he did not intend to enter into a debate with Trump because of his threats.
