Trump says Democrats are changing impeachment rules on the move

US President Donald Trump said that Democrats are changing the rules of impeachment in the course of the investigation.

“Less than 48 hours before the start of the Impeachment Hearing Hoax, on Monday, the No Due Process, Do Nothing Democrats are, believe it or not, changing the Impeachment Guidelines because the facts are not on their side. When you can’t win the game, change the rules!” – Trump said on Twitter.

Trump did not specify which rules Democrats are changing.

Democrats of the House Judiciary Committee released a report Saturday justifying their intention to impeach President Donald Trump. At the same time, they have not yet decided what specific charges they intend to bring against the President. Democrats have tried to link their version of trump’s communication with the Ukrainian authorities to the constitutional definition of corruption.

Democrats are expected to bring some felony charges against Trump, including abuse of power, obstruction of justice and Congress. If the democratic-controlled House of Representatives votes to impeach Trump, the case will go to the Senate, where the majority are Trump’s fellow Republicans who do not intend to remove the President from power.
