Trump said he has always been against the ultra-right

US President Donald Trump has assured that he has always been against ultra-right ideology.

The day before, during the debate, Trump was asked to condemn ultra-right and racist activists; in particular, his opponent Joe Biden suggested that he denounce the group “Proud guys.” Trump said the group should “step aside and wait,” prompting a storm of online discussion and speculation about sympathies for the ultra-right.

“I have always spoken negatively about all forms of anything like this,” Trump told reporters in response to questions about the ultra-right.

“I don’t know who the “Proud guys” are, but they need to step aside,” Trump added.
