Trump refused to fly to Kim Jong-un

US President Donald Trump has refused to fly to North Korea in the near future for talks with its leader Kim Jong-un. World News Life reported.

“Probably not. I do not think that he is ready and that we are ready for this,” the American leader replied to the question whether he was ready to accept the invitation of the DPRK. At the same time, Trump added that the meeting is quite possible after some time in the United States.

On September 16, it became known that Kim Jong-un invited Trump to Pyongyang. In the message, Kim Jong-un proposed that the American leader resume talks between the two countries.

Previous talks between the leaders of the two countries took place on February 27-28, 2019 in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi and ended two hours ahead of schedule. As a result, the parties did not come to specific agreements and did not sign a joint statement. Trump said he hopes for further cooperation and believes his colleague’s promises of nuclear disarmament.
