The President again expressed concern about election fraud.
President Donald Trump assured that he would agree to a peaceful transfer of power if his democratic rival Joe Biden won the election.
The President was asked to explain his position during a meeting with voters organized by NBC News in Miami.
Trump responded that he was concerned about election fraud, especially in light of the widespread use of mail-in ballots. He said he was concerned when “thousands of discarded ballots and military ballots are found in dumpsters.”
“They spied on my campaign headquarters, got caught on it, and tried to remove the legally elected incumbent President, and you ask if I will agree to a peaceful transfer of power? – Trump said. – The answer is Yes, I agree. But I want this election to be fair, just like everyone else.”
“Ideally, I would not want to transfer power. I would like to win,” he added.
