President Donald Trump has announced that he is nominating Dan Brouillette for energy Secretary. Mr. Brouillette is now Deputy Head of the Department.

Earlier, Mr. Trump said that Energy Secretary Rick Perry will remain in office until the end of 2019. Before that, the media announced Mr. Perry’s resignation.
