Trump has signed a decree on new sanctions against the background of the pandemic

US President Donald Trump has signed a decree on visa sanctions against countries that prevent their citizens from returning from the United States amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The document, distributed by the White House press service, states that restrictions can be imposed on “countries that refuse or unreasonably delay the admission of their citizens, subjects, citizens or residents from the United States during the ongoing pandemic.”

It is assumed that the head of the Ministry of internal security of the country informed the Secretary of state about such violations. After that, the head of the State Department must decide within a week to impose restrictive measures against such countries. The document says that the speech can go about the visa sanctions.
