Trump canceled the Christmas reception for the media in the White house

The President of the United States Donald Trump canceled the Christmas reception for representatives of the media at the White house. On it informs TV channel Fox News.

At the same time, the channel said that the White house is preparing other events, to which representatives of the media will be invited, who for the most part have a positive attitude to Trump.

To date, the Department has not commented on this information.

The American leader is known for his negative attitude to the media, which, in his opinion, spread fake news.
One of the last conflicts in which the President took part was his verbal altercation with CNN representative Jim Acosta during a press conference.
It was also reported that CNN filed a lawsuit against Trump and five of his assistants, as Acosta was denied the right to attend events in the White house.
Later it became known that the court in Washington decided to restore the journalist’s right to attend press events in the Department.
