Trump called Ukraine a world leader in corruption

US President Donald Trump called Ukraine one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

According to the American leader, Ukraine has a striking situation with corruption crimes at the time of coming to power of the current President Vladimir Zelensky in May this year. Trump stressed that Ukraine — one of the first in the world on this indicator. “I did not want to give money to a country that is so corrupt,” US President said.

At the end of August, Trump instructed to freeze the budget money intended for this purpose for the time of the audit.
