Trump called Muller’s report an attempt coup in the United States

The US President Donald Trump said that the investigation of special Prosecutor Robert Mueller about Russia’s interference in the presidential elections and possible collusion with his election campaign was an attempt of a coup. He noted that he had not read Mr. Mueller’s report.

“It was an attempt of a coup d’état. It was an attempt to remove the President from office”, the President told reporters before his working trip to Texas. He added that the fact of investigation “was treason” and “was against our Constitution”.

“I haven’t seen Mueller’s report, I haven’t read Mueller’s report <...> I don’t care about Mueller’s report. I am fully rehabilitated,” said Mr. Trump.
Earlier, the US President Donald Trump has already said that he is not afraid of the publication of the report. And Russian President Vladimir Putin called the results of the investigation predictable and described them as a proverb: “The Mountain gave birth to a mouse”.

Recall, March 24, the US justice Department released an excerpt from the final report of the special Prosecutor. According to the document, Mr. Mueller “did not find that any the US citizen or official of the Trump election campaign colluded or coordinated with Russia efforts to influence the presidential elections of 2016”.
