The US President Donald Trump on Friday announced that he will introduce a state of emergency on the southern border of the country, which will allow him to receive funds in the amount of about $8 billion for the construction of the wall without the approval of the US Congress. The necessary funding will be obtained from the funds pledged for the construction of facilities for the Pentagon, as well as from funds previously allocated to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of internal security.

The American leader also said that in the near future he will sign a bill on the financing of the us Federal government until October 2019 (the financial year in the US ends on September 30).

According to the initiative approved by the US Congress on Thursday, $333 billion will be allocated to Finance about a quarter of the government, in particular the state Department, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of trade and the Ministry of internal security.
