Trump and Kim Jong-un discussed Rodman at the Singapore Summit

Former White House National Security Advisor John Bolton said US President Donald Trump and DPRK leader Kim Jong-un talked about golf and basketball player Dennis Rodman during a working lunch at the Singapore summit.

Bolton wrote about this in the book “The Room Where It Happened: Memoirs from the White House,” which went on sale on June 23.

“The beginning of the conversation was easy, Kim described his visit at night to the hotel complex with casino Marina Bay Sands Sheldon Adelson, which is one of the brightest places of nightlife in Singapore. Kim and Trump talked about golf, Dennis Rodman, and how the US women’s soccer team defeated the North Korean team at the 2016 Olympics, ”.

Rodman and Kim Jong-un met in 2013. In 2014, the athlete brought a team of former NBA stars to Pyongyang. There they held a demonstration match in the presence of Kim Jong-un in the stands. The legend of the Chicago Bulls said that they, together with Kim Jong-un, had a noisy party with karaoke and vodka.
