Tropical storm Hanna is approaching Texas

Tropical storm Hanna has formed in the Gulf of Mexico, according to the US national hurricane tracking Center (NHC).

According to forecasters, the maximum wind speed reaches 65 kilometers per hour. The storm is moving at a speed of 11 kilometers per hour. It is currently located 620 kilometers southeast of Corpus Christi, Texas.

A storm warning has been issued for some coastal areas in Texas. The storm is expected to hit the state on Saturday.
