Travis Scott had a virtual performance at Fortnite. 15 million people watched it at the same time

During the first virtual performance of rapper Travis Scott in the online game Fortnite, the service broke the record for the number of simultaneous players – 12.3 million people who listened to the concert. This is stated in a Fortnite post on Twitter.
At the same time, Scott’s online concert lasted only 10 minutes. New concerts will be held on April 25 at 18.00, 19.00, as well as at one in the morning from April 25 to 26.

Travis Scott sang just two songs. During this time, his avatar hung in the air, went underwater or flew into space, and sometimes threw spectators-players in a blast wave.
The concert of Travis Scott was also watched through the streaming services YouTube and Twitch. At these venues, 3 million people watched the performance.

The previous Fortnite record was set a year ago during another online performance by DJ Marshmello. Then in the game at the same time were 10.7 million people.
