Time magazine chose the top 100 most influential people in the world

American magazine Time called the hundred most influential people in the world in 2019, in which the Russians did not get.

Journalists divided “the most outstanding” into five categories – “pioneers”, “artists”, “leaders”, “icons” and “titans”. According to Time, “pioneers” in the list identified not very well-known to the public people associated with various fields – scientists, writers, activists and athletes who made a breakthrough this year.

The top “leaders” was the US President Donald Trump, as well as Pope Francis, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini, Juan Guido and a schoolgirl from Sweden, environmental activist Greta Thunberg, also included the speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, President of Mexico, Andres Obrador, Senator Mitch McConnell, US Supreme court justice Brett Kavanaugh, Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, US Attorney General William Barr, spectra color Robert Mueller, Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohamad, President of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro.
In the titan’s category, the magazine placed Facebook head Mark Zuckerberg, golfer Tiger Woods, Disney head Bob Iger, head of the US Federal reserve Jerome Powell. The icons category includes Taylor Swift, Michelle Obama, and Lady Gaga.

In the list of artists — Dwayne Johnson and Emilia Clarke, Brie Larson and Ariana Grande, Mahershala Ali and Korean pop group BTS.
Among the innovators — Canadian actress Sandra Oh, chef Massimo Bottura, streamer of video games Ninja (Richard Blevins), tennis player Naomi Osaka, venture investor Aileen Lee.
