TicWatch Pro 3 and TicWatch E3 will receive a new version of Wear OS

Information appeared on the network that Mobvoi plans to update some current models of smartwatches to the new version of Wear OS.

A source familiar with the company’s plans told Wearable. According to the leak, the manufacturer is working on an update for the flagship TicWatch Pro 3 smartwatch and the budget TicWatch E3. Unfortunately, the firmware will have to wait. It is planned to be released only at the end of this or at the beginning of 2022.

Recall that Wear OS 3.0 was shown at the I/O conference in May, but the system should debut in early August on the Galaxy Watch 4. By the way, Google is developing it together with Samsung. The software will boast a 30% increase in application launch speed, improved energy efficiency, a new interface and the ability to download programs from the Play Store directly from the watch.
