The US may launch a program to reform the financial sector in Ukraine

The US Agency for international development (USAID) may launch a new program to reform Ukraine’s financial sector, Free News reported with reference to the relevant document.

The United States believes that the new program will help maintain economic growth and reduce corruption in Ukraine.

In preparation for the launch of the project, USAID representatives asked organizations interested in participating in it to submit applications containing information about their experience and opportunities in implementing financial and economic transformations.

“The task of the request to find potential performers is to conduct market research and collect written data on the capabilities of qualified organizations that have experience in implementing financial sector reforms,” the document says.

The implementation of the new initiative may take several years, according to USAID.
