The US Department of health does not want to work with the team of Democrat Joe Biden, who announced his victory in the presidential election, until the US General Services Administration (GSA) agrees with his leadership.
“We have made it very clear that when the GSA determines (who won), we will provide a full joint professional transition and training. We follow the guidelines,” said the head of the Department, Alex Azar.
Before this, the newspaper Politico announced that the head of the Office of General Services of the United States, Emily Murphy, refuses to observe the formality and recognize Biden’s victory in the presidential race.
Ron Kline, whom the Democratic nominee wants to appoint as White House chief of staff, said earlier that the US General Services Administration should approve the start of the transfer of power next week.
