The US coalition confirmed the rocket attack on a military base

WASHINGTON – The US coalition confirms a missile attack on its forces in Syria, there are no casualties, Colonel Wayne Marotto, a representative of the coalition, said on Twitter.

“According to initial data, at about 19:44 local times, US forces in Syria were attacked with some missiles. According to preliminary estimates, there are no injuries or damage. We will provide details when we have more information,” Marotta said.

The US military base in the area of the Omar oil field in the Syrian province of Deir Ez-Zor was subjected to rocket fire, the Syrian state TV channel Suriya reported earlier.
