The United States will issue an additional 22 thousand temporary work visas

Of these, 6 thousand are reserved for citizens of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

The United States is ready to issue an additional 22,000 temporary work visas in the coming months. This is stated in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country (MIA).

“In light of the increased demand in the labor market, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announces an additional increase of 22 thousand H-2B visas for temporary non-agricultural workers. Additional visas will be available in the coming months,” the text says.

At the same time, 6 thousand of this number is reserved for citizens of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.
