The U.S. is considering the exclusion of China from the WTO

The head of the Council of economic assistants of the US President Kevin Hasset said that it is necessary to find a mechanism for China’s exclusion from the WTO. According to the expert, China violates the rules of fair trade.

Mr. Hasset believes that the WTO can hardly cope with the task of forcing China to fair international trade. However, he is confident that Donald Trump’s tough policy can solve the problem.

Kevin Hassett called the WTO a useful organization. But he urged the WTO to work better, as the United States has to prove its case in trade disputes for several years.

The WTO is a global organization with its headquarters in Switzerland. 98 % of the world’s international trade is carried out by the member countries of the organization.

The US accuses China of unfair trade. First of all, we are talking about the alleged artificial devaluation of the yuan. A weak yuan gives Chinese producers an advantage in international markets
