Villa La Grange, built in the 18th century, is located in the middle of a park of more than 21 hectares, located on the shore of Lake Geneva, on the outskirts of the city. From June 8 to 18, the villa is closed to visitors, and metal fences are erected around the park. Landscaping works are being carried out in the park. On June 9, the cantonal authorities of Geneva announced increased security measures from June 14 to 17. In particular, it is prohibited to fly drones over the entire territory of the canton. The quays of Geneva, the water area, as well as the Park La Grange, and the adjacent Park Eaux-Vives are included in the security perimeter with a special control regime.
