The state governors are encouraged to maintain social distance

The opening of bars and restaurants in some states has led to crowds of people ignoring the recommendations of the authorities.

Governors of 48 of the 50 us States have eased restrictions imposed in connection with the coronavirus, allowing businesses, shops, restaurants, and factories to reopen gradually. However, these restrictions are often accompanied by recommendations to maintain a social distance of at least two meters and requirements to wear masks.

However, for many Americans who were tired of being confined for two months, the opening of bars and restaurants in Ohio and Wisconsin brought people together and socialized as if the danger of a pandemic had already passed.

The Governor of Ohio Mike Devine said: “We need to keep our distance. This is a significant time.” At the same time, 90 percent of the state’s economy has already opened.

“We need to open up, but with caution, [to prevent a new outbreak of the pandemic], “he said.” whether we can reopen schools [in August] depends on what we do now. This is in our collective hands.”

California Governor Gavin Newsom said 75 percent of his state’s economy had resumed operations, but precautions against the coronavirus must still be followed.

He said that he did not imagine that 80 thousand people could gather at the stadium to watch football matches in the fall.

President Donald Trump tweeted on Sunday»: “The situation with the coronavirus (plague!) this is perfect medically. And it will be resolved!”

White House adviser Peter Navarro, following trump, accused China of spreading the virus from Wuhan to Europe and then to the US.

“Yes, I blame China, “he said, speaking on ABC’s “This Week” program. According to him, Beijing, “hiding behind the WHO shield, hid the virus from the world for two months.”

“They could have kept it in Wuhan,” he said. “Instead, it turned into a pandemic.”

US Health Secretary Alex Azar told CNN that within two months, the country “managed to smooth the curve” of morbidity, to allow doctors to cope with the influx of patients in need of help.

“Although the load was tragic and severe, it was controlled,” he said.
