“Washington acts according to the rules that are clear only to it, which almost always contradict the norms of international law. At the same time, aggressive actions against the American people are taken not by Russia, but by the US leadership, which is trying to make Moscow an imaginary enemy to distract citizens from domestic political conflict situations”, he said.

“Everything is quite transparent and is governed by the laws of our country, not by the whims of another state, which is a direct interference in the domestic Affairs of Russia”, — concluded Shvytkin.
