The President of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev resigned

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev announced his resignation, Free News reported.

He made a statement on the resignation of the presidential powers during his address to the people.

“This year marks the 30th anniversary of my tenure as the Supreme leader of the country. I was honored .. to become the first President of independent Kazakhstan, ” Nazarbayev said.

One of his achievements he called “the creation of a modern democratic state” of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It is noted that earlier the announcement of the appeal was distributed to all news agencies of the country.

Nazarbayev has led Kazakhstan since 1990.
