The penultimate episode of WandaVision is now available for viewing on Disney+ and represents a major change for the popular Avenger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that comic book fans have been waiting for for quite some time.
While the Scarlet Witch and Vision were trying to figure out what was going on in Westview Township, “S.W.O.R.D.” watched Vision’s body for unknown and possibly nefarious purposes. These events lead to significant events in the eighth episode, which are likely to have serious consequences for the series finale.
Attention! Spoilers below!
Like Episode 7, Episode 8 includes a post-credits scene, but this time it’s much more meaningful than a quick look at Monica Rambo and Quicksilver. The scene radically changed the rules of the game for Vision – it presented a completely new version of the android.
It was revealed that the “Cataract” project is the reincarnation of Vision in his all-white comic book appearance. How this version of the character will affect the story remains to be seen, but it looks like there will be a clash between the two Visions at the end of Wanda Vision.
