The partial recount in Wisconsin increased Biden’s lead

A recount of 460,000 votes added 257 votes to Joe Biden and 125 to Donald Trump.

The recount of votes in Wisconsin’s largest district, conducted at the request of President Donald Trump’s campaign, ended on Friday. As a result, Joe Biden increased the margin over Trump.

In Milwaukee County, about 460,000 voters voted. Because of the recount, 257 votes were added to Biden’s piggy Bank and 125 to Trump’s. Biden was declared the winner of the Wisconsin election – he beat Trump by more than 20 thousand votes.

The Trump headquarters demanded a recount in the two most populous counties that mostly support the Democrats. The Trump campaign paid $ 3 million for the recount. The recount in the second district, Dane, is due to be completed on Sunday.

The Trump campaign is expected to file a lawsuit to challenge the statewide election results. However, there is little time for this: Wisconsin plans to certify the presidential election results on Tuesday.
