The number of victims of the attack on the house of the Afghan Defense Minister has increased to eight

The death toll from the attack on the house of Afghan Defense Minister General Bismillah Khan Mohammadi in Kabul has increased to eight people, a representative of the country’s Defense Ministry told.

Earlier it was reported about four dead and 20 were injured.

“Eight civilians were killed, and another 20 people, including Mohammadi’s guards, were injured,” he said. The representative of the Ministry of Defense did not rule out that the number of victims and victims may change.

It is reported that the attack lasted for five hours, five suicide bombers were eliminated.

Earlier, an eyewitness and a source in the Kabul police told that a car was blown up near the house of the Afghan Defense Minister in Kabul, after which several armed men entered his house. Mohammadi said that neither he nor his family members were injured.
