The number of detected COVID-19 cases in the US has exceeded 4.6 million

The number of deaths from coronavirus exceeded 154 thousand.

The Federal Centers for disease control and prevention (CDC), reported on Sunday that the number of coronavirus cases in the United States reached 4601526, which is 58947 more cases than the day before. The number of fatalities increased by 1132, reaching 154002.

The Agency reported data on COVID-19 as of 4 pm on Saturday and compared it with data received a day earlier.

The CDC data does not necessarily reflect cases reported by individual States.
