The sides discussed a wide range of threats, including those emanating from Iran’s nuclear program and countering terrorism and naval aggression.

In addition, the First Deputy Secretary of Defense of the United States, Kathleen Hicks, met with the Director-General of the Israeli Defense Ministry, Amir Eshel. Hicks confirmed the readiness of the United States to support the restoration of the Israeli air defense system “Iron Dome.”

Israeli Prime Minister Bennett is on a visit to the United States. He is scheduled to meet with American President Joe Biden on Thursday.
