The head of the European Council called on the parties in Karabakh to observe the ceasefire

The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, called on the parties to the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh to respect the agreements reached on a humanitarian ceasefire and resume negotiations without preconditions.

“The humanitarian ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan is an important step towards de-escalation. I call on the parties to respect the ceasefire to avoid more violence, and not to endanger civilians,” Michel wrote on Twitter.

According to him, it is necessary to resume negotiations without delay without any preconditions.
