The flagship Huawei has been declassified in images

The well-known informant @OnLeaks has published renders showing one of the following top-end Huawei smartphones – the Mate 40.

So far, the insider has shared images of only the usual Mate 40, but the company will certainly present its improved version with the Pro prefix in the name. Both devices are likely to be announced in the fall. In any case, the previous models in the Mate line were shown in October.

Judging by the renders, the main focus of the Mate 40 will be on the main camera, which takes up almost half of the free space on the glass back. The system consists of three photosensors and one more module, the purpose of which has not yet been disclosed. Nearby is an oblong flash.

The front side of the device will be occupied by a 6.4-inch screen, in the upper left of which there is an oval cutout for a dual front camera. The overall dimensions of the smartphone are as follows: 158.6×72.5×8.9 mm (10.4 mm if you count with a bulging camera).

There are no details about the “stuffing” yet. But, most likely, the Mate 40 will be the first device from the manufacturer with a proprietary Kirin 1020 processor. It will probably also support work in 5G networks.

But it seems that you can forget about Google services. If nothing drastically changes in the relationship between the United States and China, the novelty will probably be based on an open version of Android with its own AppGallery application store.
