Apple has not yet had time to introduce smartphones iPhone 12, and analyst Ross Young, referring to information from the Japanese investment company Mizuho Securities, told the first details about future models – iPhone 13 and the new third-generation iPhone SE.
According to the analyst, there will again be four models in the line, with the same screens: 5.42, 6.06 and 6.67 inches. All will have OLED panels, but of different production. In addition, the older iPhone 13 Pro will finally receive a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini are reportedly getting the same camera sensors as the iPhone 12 Pro Max, while the sensor size of both Pro models will increase. This means the cameras will be significantly improved on all models. Also, two older models are expected to have a LiDAR scanner.
All iPhone 13 models can get a 5G connection at less than 6GHz, but Pro models will also have faster 5G mmWave in addition to a slower but more common connection.
The new iPhone SE, according to the leak, should not be expected next year – it will be presented only in 2022. It is credited with a 6.06-inch LCD screen and dual cameras. That is, it will no longer be as compact as the current 4.7-inch iPhone SE. It is rumored to mirror the design of the 2019 iPhone 11, just like the previous iPhone SE models echoed the design of the older device with updated internals.
Like DSCC, Mizuho Securities also says no new iPhone SE model in 2021, have to wait till 2022. They do say all iPhone 13 models will have integrated touch, BOE will join LGD on both 6.1" models, mini and 13 will adopt 12 Pro Max camera sensors, & sensor size will increase on Pro. pic.twitter.com/G9f6cz8dm0
