The father of the deceased Nai Rivera spoke about a terrible dying conversation with his daughter

On July 8, 2020, Naya Rivera, who rose to fame after her role in the TV series Glee, rented a boat with her son Josie for a cruise on Lake Piru, Southern California.

On the same day, five-year-old Josie was found alone in the boat, Naya Rivera disappeared. Her body was found only five days later, an autopsy showed that the actress had drowned. Nai’s father told eerie details about the unfortunate day.

According to George Rivera, before going out on the water, Nye called him on FaceTime and asked if it was safe to swim in strong winds. The father did his best to dissuade the actress, but he did not succeed.

“I saw that a strong wind was blowing, and everything inside me was just shrinking. I kept telling her: “Don’t get out of the boat! Don’t get out of the boat! You will be carried away if you are in the water”.

After the conversation, I had a terrible foreboding that was killing me. Almost a year later, it is still in great pain. Everything is gradually forgotten, but I don’t know if I can ever find a way out of it. I miss her every day,” Rivera admitted to People.
